Many of the of the articles on CBT you can find on the internet, focus exclusively on how this form of therapy works by challenging the negative thinking patterns associated with emotional issues. In other words the ‘C’ for the cognitive aspect of CBT. However, more and more research is proving that the ‘B’ turns out to be the more powerful component.
